About Us

Todd Graba

Todd Graba is the STEM Division Leader at Crystal Lake South High School and a longtime educator with more than 20 years of experience in teaching and educational leadership. He is passionate about systems-based thinking, innovation, and finding practical ways to make teaching and learning better for students and educators. Todd also serves as a T³™ Regional Instructor with Texas Instruments, where he shares engaging, real-world approaches to STEM learning with educators beyond his own district. As a host of the Teach in Ten Podcast, Todd brings curiosity, humor, and a STEM mindset to conversations about education, always looking at how small changes can lead to meaningful impact.

Steph Sukow

Steph Sukow is a high school English teacher, college adjunct instructor, and educational technology innovator passionate about amplifying student voice and creating meaningful learning experiences. She has worked with organizations including Google, MagicSchool, Pear Deck, and WeVideo to support educators in thoughtfully integrating technology into their classrooms. Steph also serves as Secretary of the Illinois Digital Educators Alliance (IDEA), where she helps connect and empower educators across Illinois. Beyond the classroom, she coaches speech, supports performing arts in her community, and co-hosts the Teach in Ten Podcast. Whether she is teaching, presenting, coaching, or podcasting, Steph believes the best educational experiences keep students at the center and give them opportunities to think, create, and find their voice.
